Successfully achieved substantial sales growth, catapulting hospitality sales from £5 million at Highbury to an impressive £50 million at Emirates. Oversaw the entire customer journey, including the creation of a development and staff training program, and orchestrated the mobilisation of the catering, hospitality, conference, and banqueting business.
